Hi! We are an exciting, growing startup looking for an ambitious Business Development Executives for our New Delhi office. Who are curious to learn everydays and bring new business.
- Lead generation; follow up, negotiation and consultative discussions, provide project Plan, execute orders, negotiate & close order with clients to finalize the closure for Website design & development Services.
- Submitting proposals to freelance websites like elance, guru and odesk to develop sales
- Analysis of the market and requirement gathering.
- Exploration of all outbound mediums to close the business deal.
- Project Scope estimation & creation of Business Documents.
- Actively sourcing and prospecting for potential clients
- Should be able to achieve sales target
- Co-ordination to provide the sales support for Company's Web based services.
- Understand the principles and process of web design and development
- Must create a range of concepts and strategies for each project.
- Take personal accountability for on-time deliverables
- Must be self-motivated with a positive attitude and have strong communications skills.
- Should be available to provide assistance to the team on 24/7 basis. Not mandatory.
- Having ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Having Flexible and responsive work style
- Should be able to identify scope of work on individual basis as well as strive to achieve excellence at a team level.
- Must be detail oriented, a self-starter, and a strong team player.
- Stay aware of current trends, have an enthusiasm for and basic understanding of web trends and technologies
- Ability to inspire a team of designers, juggles multiple projects simultaneously, and works closely with internal/external business partners.
